Graphic Designer


The Graphic Designer will support the entire company creative ecosystem, by delivering design executions based on marketing plans, strategic initiatives, internal targets, and other project objectives, all within the and visual guidelines while assuring alignment to the overall brand vision. He/she will prepare creative assets to use online and offline.

Job Duties

  • Design and build the digital assets of the company, including but not limited to display ads, email templates, Facebook ads, and other creative contents
  • Create visual concepts that communicate key ideas, campaigns, and promotions with attractive graphics
  • Have the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with your peers
  • Assess workload and priorities to make certain all tasks are completed on schedule
  • Handle various ad-hoc design requests from multiple teams throughout the organization while adhering to the project objectives and milestones.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and execution of new and existing advertising, templates, and libraries.
  • Execution of digital designs including infographics, iconography, photography, banner imagery with understanding of website and digital requirements
  • Potential video + audio advertising production
  • Ability to conceptualize and present innovative design concepts to the team


  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
  • 2+ years design experience in advertisement and graphic design
  • Knowledge of EDM template and HTML is a plus
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Able to manage own workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Work well under pressure with shifting priorities
  • Excellent attitude and ability to work with a team
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Knowledge of video production, editing, sound effects, and similar capabilities with understanding how Adobe Premiere and/or Adobe After Effects operates
  • Strong understanding and experience using PowerPoint and all its capabilities to tell visually impactful stories with creative solutions
  • Understanding the differences between solving for traditional print design vs digital design
  • Experience handling multiple projects and requests on tight deadlines with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Experience designing within corporate brand guidelines, including enforcing, and training internal and external content creators
  • Experience collaborating and coordinating across multiple departments within a large corporation
  • Strong personal work ethic and customer service skills
  • Ability to be agile, operate with a sense of urgency, deal with change, and demonstrate flexibility in ambiguous situations with good judgment and confidence
  • Ability to process a vast amount of information and understand and prioritize competing business needs
  • Must be flexible and solution-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
