How to conduct an in-person car inspection with MrKumka.com and surveyor staff ?
- Upon purchasing your policy, you will be contacted by a customer service agent who will work to schedule an in-person car inspection appointment with a vehicle surveyor. (The vehicle inspection agents are available everyday: 09.00 A.M. – 6.00 P.M.)
- On the day of the appointment make sure to always keep your phone near you in case the surveyor or Mr.Kumka staff are trying to reach you or find your vehicle.
- Before the surveyor arrives, be sure to park your car in a clear and spacious environment that has sufficient lighting. There should be enough space around your car for the surveyor to walk around and observe from all angles and distances.
- Once the surveyor arrives and begins the car inspection, stand by and wait for their instruction when they will be required to look at the car engine and the chassis number.
- After the vehicle surveyor completes the inspection, they will share a report with he customer service or Mr.Kumka staff for additional review. At this point, your inspection is not completed even if the surveyor has finished checking your vehicle.
- Wait for Mr.Kumka staff or customer service agents to complete the review based on the surveyor report
- Mr.Kumka staff or customer service agents will contact you once the car inspection process has been completed and your car insurance policy has become completely activated.
