Car insurance renewal with MrKumka.com

1. This promotion is for the existing customers who renew voluntary car insurance bought by comparing prices with MrKumka.com(“Company”) only.
2. The right to participate in this promotion is reserved only for the customers (end users) not including brokers, agents, or anyone who identifies themselves as unauthorized sellers of our products, or any person acting in a similar manner.
3. The Company reserves the right to reject any request to change the reward into cash or to other rewards and the right to receive the reward is not transferable.
4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. The Company reserves the right to reject granting the benefits from this special promotion if you have received any benefits from other promotions prior.
5. In the case of voluntary car insurance renewal by installments, the Company will proceed to give out rewards only when the insured has paid the insurance premium in full.
6. If the renewed voluntary car insurance is cancelled before the expiry date, the insured acknowledges and accepts that the Company reserves the right to ask for the return of the rewards or the value of the rewards within 7 days from the cancellation date.
7. In case where the advertised rewards are out of stock, the Company reserves the right to replace the reward with another reward of the same value without prior notice.
8. This promotion is valid until December 31st, 2024.
9. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the distribution of the reward for any person who commits any fraud, dishonesty in order to receive the reward or any person who is in violation of the rules and conditions of the activity.
10. The Company reserves the right to choose the method for delivering the rewards to the Insured as it may deem appropriate, whether it is by an electronic delivery method or by post.
11. The Company is not responsible for the quality of the rewards and loss or damage that may incur by any cause including any loss or damage during the delivery of the rewards. The Company reserves the right to disallow the insured to change the reward of their choice after the receipt of the reward has been confirmed in all cases.
12. The Company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions or cancel this activity without prior notice. In any case of dispute, the Company’s decision is final.
