Business Analyst

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst has a deep understanding of the business needs, processes in place, and challenges faced. He/she comes-up with solutions that are efficient, gather and document business requirements, and ensures that business expectations are met.

Job Duties

  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Come-up with solutions that are efficient
  • Brief the development and testing teams about the scope of work and clarify doubts
  • Review the test scenarios, and ensure that there is no gap in understanding
  • Facilitate the communication between developers and testers so that issues get fixed quickly
  • Keep business involved and updated through the course of the implementation
  • Document our solutions on Confluence
  • Conduct super-user training
  • Log change requests and defects and get them prioritized by stakeholders
  • Participate actively in the sprint activities
  • Ensure good communication between business and IT
  • Help manage external vendors
  • Keep abreast with new solutions and features introduced by Salesforce and other vendors,

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in the insurance and finance industry
  • Some experience with Salesforce would be a big advantage
  • Fluent in Thai and English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Pragmatic and self-driven
