Pricing & Product Executive


The Product Executive will own the non-life insurance product building and development for He/ she will manage and handle product and premium update with insurer partners and look for cross selling opportunities. Works with various department i.e. IT, Call Center, Marketing and external parties to drive and achieve non-life insurance policy target.

Job Duties

  • Key account management.
  • Support all team members to achieve policy target.
  • Formulate, suggest, and manage pricing brokerage structure projects
  • Find opportunity for cross selling, upgrade the benefits for all existing customers to achieve sales target.
  • Correspondence with the insurers in case of the customers have any queries or request more information.
  • Support day-to-day product and premium correspondence with insurer partners, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level components, standard and target
  • To provide the sale summaries and non-life insurance product insights with presentation on monthly basic
  • Work with insurer partners, IT and General Manger in regard to product designs, pricing & product modelling, profit criteria and competitiveness
  • Asist any ad-hoc projects that support’s initiatives


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data science and analysis
  • Background in insurance brokerage business is an asset
  • Market knowledge of insurance products is a strong advantage
  • Expert proficiency in Python & Excel.
  • Experience with SQL server or another database language
  • Experience with big data tools and database language will be appreciated.
  • Good communications both verbal and written in English

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE : Project management experience.

Problem-solving and critical thinking attitude. Find problems and come up with solutions.
