UX/UI Web Designer

Responsibilities

The UX/UI Web Designer (Visual Design Part) will have the strong User Interface (UI) and User Experience skills to innovate UX/UI concepts, generate storyboards, conceptualize designs, influence the visual design aspect of all digital products and work closely with the Senior Web Designer as well with key players in the Marketing and IT Departments. He/she needs to have a clear understanding of the company mission and constantly work to
improve the website performance and design.

Job Duties

• Designs and builds web pages using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.
• Work with the Senior Web Designer to optimize products and services on the website.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Create original graphic designs (ex. prototypes, images, and tables) for the website.
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the website function and look like
• Build assets of web for the development team
• Support consistency of branding for website and application
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI problems (e.g., lack of consistency)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images for specific projects.
• Assist in the production of wireframes, prototypes, concept sketches, interaction designs and user flows.
• Help to create clean and simple user-centered designs in a timely manner.
• Work in an agile environment with developers, QA, BA and designers to build user-friendly websites. and application.
• Update and collect UI design for website and application.
• Contribute UI mechanic, UI design and test UX together with the Senior Web Designer, BA, and Developer team

Requirements

• Degree graphic and or web design, or equivalent.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• General knowledge of UI/UX development tools.
• At least 4+ years design experience in web design / UI / UX
• Experience working with modern web concepts.
• Have a creative aptitude.
• Visualize engaging and user-friendly websites and applications.
• Demonstrate exceptional design and UI sensibilities.
• Ability to define user frustration and increase user engagement.
• Ability to collaborate, as well as provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Able to manage own workload in a fast-paced environment.
