Refer a Friend - Earn Rewards When You and Your Friends Buy Car Insurance with MrKumka

Terms & Conditions

1. The referrer must be an existing customer who has previously purchased a voluntary car insurance policy through MrKumka.com, brokered by Roojai Co., Ltd. (“the Company”).
2. By submitting the referred friend’s personal information, the referrer confirms that consent has been properly obtained in compliance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for the purpose of this campaign.
3. The referred friend must be a new customer who has never purchased voluntary car insurance through MrKumka before, or a former customer whose previous policy has already expired before the referral date. Both parties will only receive gift card rewards once the referred friend successfully purchases a voluntary car insurance policy through the comparison at MrKumka.com.
4. This promotion applies to all types of voluntary car insurance available on MrKumka.com.
5. If the same referred friend is submitted by multiple referrers, the Company reserves the right to grant the reward to the referrer for whose information was received first.
6. If the referred friend cancels their policy, the Company reserves the right to reclaim the gift card reward. By participating in this campaign, the referred friend agrees that the Company may deduct the equivalent value of the reward from any applicable premium refund.
7. This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or special offers on MrKumka.com.
8. This offer is intended for general customers only. It excludes insurance agents, brokers, employees of the Company, unauthorised sellers, or individuals acting on behalf of anyone else in a similar capacity.
9. The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel reward delivery if it is found that the referral was made without the referred friend’s consent or is not in compliance with these terms.
10. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. In case of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
12. This campaign is valid for customers who purchase voluntary car insurance (Type 1,2+,3+) through car insurance comparison on MrKumka.com only. Reward value is calculated based on the total premium paid, up to a maximum of THB 1,500 for the referrer and THB 200 for the referred friend. The campaign runs until 31 December 2025.
